For the first three agreed case-study projects, yes. We build a private watermarked version first. If you approve it for launch, you pay £299. If you do not approve it after the included revision, you owe nothing and the build remains TCF property.
A completed project brief with your real logo, services, prices, opening hours, contact details and an accessible folder containing 8–12 usable photographs. The 48-hour target begins only when everything required is supplied.
The £299 is the one-off TCF build fee. There is no required TCF subscription, but domain, hosting and any booking or ordering platform costs are separate. An optional care plan can be agreed if you want ongoing changes and support.
The fixed package covers one agreed customer workflow, its database and one owner dashboard. Enquiry & Quote is £750 plus £99/month from month two; Booking & Deposit is £499 plus £49/month. Complex staff calendars, dispatch, accounting and additional workflows are quoted separately.
One consolidated revision is included before launch. Additional rounds or new functionality can be priced separately before any extra work begins.
After full payment and launch, the agreed website deliverables are handed over for your business to use. Third-party services, licensed assets and platforms remain subject to their own terms.
